With this date, the Board has taken note of the resignation presented by Mr. Axel Levéque to the position of General Manager of the Company, which will become effective on September 30, 2022.
The Board expressed its appreciation for the work done by Mr. Levéque as General Manager, from 2014 to date.
As of October 1, Mrs. Rosaline Corinthien, current CEO of ENGIE France Renewables, will assume as the new General Manager. For the past three years, Ms. Rosaline Corinthien has led the development, construction, operation and maintenance of ENGIE’s renewable assets in France. These activities are carried out by 2,500 employees and consider an installed capacity of 3.9 GW of hydroelectricity, 2.7 GW of wind energy and 1.4 of solar energy.
