From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the
Law N* 18.045, in General Rule N* 30 and in Circular N* 660,
both of the Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly
empowered, I inform you, as an Essential Fact, that the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Echeverría, Izquierdo S.A., held on April 27, 2023,
has agreed to pay a total dividend of $9.4710 per share, equivalent to a
Total of Ch$5,676,076,403, charged to 2022 profits.
The dividend will be paid on two dates: the mandatory minimum dividend,
for a total amount of $3,405,645,842, corresponding to $5.6826 per share,
pay from May 24, 2023; and, the balance, corresponding to a dividend
additional for a total amount of $2,270,430,561, corresponding to $3.7884 per
share, will be paid during the year 2023, on the date determined by the Board of Directors,
as authorized by the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
