empowered, I inform you, as an Essential Fact, that the Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of Echeverría, Izquierdo S.A., held on April 20, 2022,
has agreed to pay a final dividend of $6.8853 per share, equivalent to
a total of Ch$4,126,437,426, charged to 2021 profits. The indicated
