number 275 issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance)
dated January 19, 2010 (the “NCG N*275”), as amended by the Character Standard
General N*355 dated December 2, 2013, we communicate the following Relevant Fact
in relation to EYM Consultores SpA, Rol Unico Tributario N*76.772.371-7, registered in the
Registration of External Audit Companies under number 32, hereinafter “EYM” or the
“Society.”
TRANSFORMATION
The extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company unanimously agreed to the
transformation of EYM from a joint stock company to a liability company
Limited.
The legal background supporting the facts reported above is
shall forward to this Commission in accordance with the provisions of NCG N%275, once they have
completed the legal formalities that correspond to each case.
