From our consideration:
In my capacity as General Manager of DP World San Antonio S.A. and in accordance with the provisions of
Articles 7, paragraph 1*, 9 and 10, all of Law N*18.045, Article 2* of Law N* 18.046, as well as the aforementioned
in Circular N* 1.737 and in General Standard N* 284, both of the Financial Market Commission,
I inform and communicate to you, as an essential fact with respect to the Company, the following.
On November 15, a
illegal strike of port workers, which has involved the blocking of access to the port of San Antonio and,
consequently, to its various docking fronts including, among these, the Docking Front
Costanera – Espigón, operated by DP World San Antonio S.A. as its concessionaire.
This labor movement, which is framed within the scope of a labor negotiation process
direct between the workers and DP World San Antonio S.A., has begun to affect the Company, since
which has already been extended for 9 days, and has brought with it the cancellation of the landfall of some ships, which
have had to be re-destined to other ports.
The impact on the financial statements that this move may have for the Company has not yet been
has been established and will depend on the evolution of this labor movement.
