Hereby, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of the Law
18.045, of the Securities Market, and 63 of Law N* 18.046, on Corporations, as well as in the

authorized to inform you as an Essential Fact of DON GOYO TRANSMISIÓN S.A. (“Don
Goyo” or the “Society”.

The financial statements finalized as of December 31, 2021, the Annual Report and the
opinion of the external auditors;
In accordance with the results of the year ended December 31, 2021, it was agreed
not distributing dividends;
It was agreed not to remunerate the Board of Directors during the year 2022;
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores was appointed as an external audit firm for the Company
Auditores SpA;
Related party transactions were reported;
The newspaper “El Líbero” was designated as the newspaper for the publication of notices of summons to meetings; and
Other matters of social interest were discussed.
