Dear Sir or Madam:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10″ of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, in Circular N* 991 and other current regulations of this Commission,
duly empowered and on behalf of the society Divina Pastora Seguros de
Vida S.A., hereinafter, the “Company”, hereby I come to communicate
as an essential fact that, at the Board Meeting held on 28
November 2022, the Company’s directors agreed:
1. The issue of 1,243 payment shares, at a price of $618,070, out of a total of
1,500 ordinary shares, registered in a single series, without par value and
of equal value each, which were approved at the Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders dated April 11, 2022, which increased the capital of the company,
whose minutes were reduced to a public deed dated April 14, 2022 in the
Notary of Santiago de Don Iván Torrealba Acevedo. The capital increase
