Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2* of article 9 of D.F.L. 251, articles 9
and 10 of Law N* 18.045, and in Circulars N* 991 and 662 of this Commission, duly
empowered and on behalf of Divina Pastora Seguros de Vida S.A., hereinafter the
“Society”, I come to inform, as an Essential Fact, that in Session of
Board of Directors dated September 30, 2022, was made aware of the resignation of the
position of Director of Mr. José Manuel Lerma Ramírez de Arellano.
Likewise, the Board of Directors of the company approved the appointment as a replacement of the
resigned director to Mr. Javier Torre Ros, position that will assume from this date.
