Ref: Communicates Essential Fact
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2* of article 9 of D.F.L. 251, articles 9
and 10 of Law No. 18,045, and in Circulars N*991 and 662 of this Commission, duly
empowered and on behalf of Divina Pastora Seguros de Vida S.A., hereinafter the
“Society”, I come to inform, as an Essential Fact, that in Session of
Board of Directors dated August 31, 2022, learned of the resignation from the position
of Prosecutor of Mr. Mario Diemoz Piretta.
The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Radoslav Depolo Razmilic as
new Prosecutor of the Company, who served as Compliance Officer, a position that
will assume from this date.
Similarly, and as a consequence of the previous designation, the
Board of Directors approved appointment as Compliance Officer, replacing Mr. Radoslav
Mr. Depolo, Mr. Pablo Lara Cáceres, position that will assume from this date.
