Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2″ of article 9 of D.F.L. 251, articles 9
and 10 of Law No. 18,045, and in Circulars No. 991 and 662 of this Commission, duly
empowered and on behalf of Divina Pastora Seguros de Vida S.A., hereinafter the
“Society”, I come to inform, as an Essential Fact, that in Session of
Today’s Board of Directors learned of the resignation of Mrs. Pia from the position of Prosecutor
Parmar Jordan.
We thank Mrs. Pía Parmar for the work done along with wishing her the greatest of
Successes in their future professional projects.
The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Mario Diemoz Piretta as new
Acting Prosecutor of the Company, a position he will assume as of this date.
