Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10″ of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, and other current regulations of this Commission, I comply with informing
as an essential fact that the Company has detected the existence of a deficit in the
Representative Investments of RT and PR for the month of April for M$-145,135.
The deficit of representative investments will be solved by the month of May
after the approval of the amendment of the bylaws that allows a
capital increase, by this Commission on May 20.
