Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10″ of Law No. 18,045 of
Securities Market, and other current regulations of this Commission, I comply with informing
as a relevant fact that the Company has detected the existence of a deficit in the
Representative Investments of RT and PR for the month of March for M$-90,269.
The deficit of representative investments is in the process of solving
compliance with the Action Plan reported on January 28, 2022, which considers
the materialization of a capital increase. To date, the Company is at
awaiting the approval of the bylaws by this Committee.
