acquired in public auction the amount of 10,046 shares of Deportiva y Forestal de Talca S.A.,
reaching 50.6% participation in the latter.
As a result, Sociedad de Inversiones Quebrada de Agua S.A. has become a company.
parent company of Deportiva y Forestal de Talca S.A., which consequently becomes a subsidiary of the
first.
