As established in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and in accordance with the
standards of continuous information established by this Commission, we communicate,
As an essential fact, the one that on April 13, 2023, at 10:08 a.m., in
Avenida Alonso de Córdova N* 5727, commune of Las Condes, Santiago, is
constituted the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Cruzados SADP, in which: a)
Approved the Annual Report, Balance Sheet and Financial Statements for the year ended 31
December 2022, the report of the external auditors and the Commission report
Account Reviewer ; b) The election of the Review Commission of
Accounts; (c) Kreston was appointed as external auditors for the year
2022; (d) Transactions with related parties were reported under the Act
on Corporations; e) It was agreed that the newspaper La Tercera in its version
digital will be the newspaper in which the summonses to shareholders’ meetings will be published;
f) It was agreed to maintain the remuneration of the Chairman of the Board for the year
of the year 2023; and (g) Other matters of general interest were discussed.
