Dear Sir or Madam:
As established in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and in accordance with the rules of
continuous information established by this Commission, we communicate, as an essential fact,
the one that by public deed dated September 15, 2022, Cruzados SADP
amended the statutes of the company Inmobiliaria La Franja SpA, which it owns
of 100% of the shares, in the sense of increasing the capital of $ 10,000,000, divided into
1,000,000 ordinary shares, registered and without par value, fully subscribed and
paid, in the amount of $8,978,108,000, divided into 897,810,800 common shares,
registered and without par value, through the issue of 896,810,800 new shares of
payment, which were subscribed entirely by the company Cruzados SADP, which will have three
years to pay them as of September 15, 2022.
