Dear Sir or Madam:
As established in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and in accordance with the rules of
continuous information established by this Commission, we communicate, as an essential fact,
the one that on July 14, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., on Avenida Las Flores N* 13,000,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and also, through the Microsoft Teams platform and
the enrolment and voting platform provided by the Central Securities Depository (DCV,
the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Cruzados SADP was constituted, in which:
to. The entire board of directors of Cruzados SADP was revoked, and
b. A new board of directors was appointed, consisting of the following members:

= Felipe Correa Rivera
= Juan Pablo del Río Goudie
” Martín del Río Arteaga
= Alex Harasic Duran
” Francisco Lavín Chadwick

= Hernan of Solminihac Tampier
= Jaime Estévez Valencia
The new directors will remain in office until the first quarter of 2025.
This was followed by an extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors, in which it was confirmed
as president of the Society to Mr. Juan Tagle Quiroz and as vice-presidents to the
Messrs. Guillermo Agiiero Piwonka and Hernán de Solminihac Tampier.
