ESSENTIAL FACT
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market,
and in accordance with the requirements of continuous information, we communicate to the Commission to
the Financial Market as an essential fact, that on June 14, 2022, 1,200 were placed
bonds “Series UC” (mnemonic code BCRUZ-UC) for an amount of UF 600,000
(six hundred thousand Development Units), with a term of 20 years, with 3 years of grace and a
UF placement rate + 5.65% per year.
The “UC Series” bonds were issued under the 30-year bond line, registered
in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, dated June 1
of 2022, with N* 1.103.
The resources obtained as a result of the placement of the bonds indicated above will be
intended entirely to finance the remodeling of the San Carlos de
Apoquindo.
