ESSENTIAL FACT
From our consideration:
By virtue of the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market,
and in accordance with the requirements of continuous information, we communicate to the Commission to
the Financial Market as an essential fact, that on June 13, 2022, the Company
Inmobiliaria La Franja SpA, a 100% subsidiary of Cruzados SADP, entered into a contract for
lump sum construction with the company Constructora Cerro Apoquindo 4.5.A., so that
The latter is responsible for the management, administration, construction and execution of the
works, until its total completion, corresponding to the “Modernization of the San Stadium
Carlos de Apoquindo”. The price of the contracted work is UF 1,015,209 plus VAT. The deadline
for the complete completion of the contracted works, until their total completion and
granting by the Principal of the certificate of provisional acceptance of the works,
is a maximum of 540 calendar days counted from the signing of the “Act of Commencement of Works”.
