Of our consideration
As established in Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 and in accordance with the rules of
continuous information established by this Commission, we communicate, as an essential fact,
the one that on April 20, 2022, at 10:10 a.m., on Avenida Las Flores N* 13,000,
commune of Las Condes, Santiago, and also, through the access platform and
voting provided by the Central Securities Depository (DCV) and the Microsoft platform
Teams, the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Cruzados SADP was constituted, in which: a)
approved the report, balance sheet and financial statements for the year ended 31
December 2021, the report of the external auditors and the report of the Review Committee of
accounts; (b) The audit committee was elected; (c) Designated
Kreston as external auditors for the year 2022; (d) Information was provided on the
Transactions with related parties under the Law on Corporations; (e)
agreed that the newspaper La Terceraen its digital version will be the newspaper in which they will be published
summons to shareholders’ meetings; (f) It was agreed to maintain the remuneration of the President
of the Board of Directors for the year 2022; and (g) Other matters of general interest were discussed.
