In accordance with the provisions of number V letter A of the General Standard number
275 dated January 19, 2010, modified by the General Standard
number 355 dated December 2, 2013, we communicate the following relevant fact in
relationship to Crowe Auditores Consultores SpA, RUT 78.120.780-2 registered in the Registry of
External Audit Companies under number 20.
With this date, it has been agreed by a unanimity of the shareholders of Crowe Auditores
Consultores SpA, the transformation of society from a joint stock company to a
Limited liability company.
It is noted that the convertibility or exchange ratio to be used between the shares of the
society and the social rights resulting from the transformation, will correspond to it
