In accordance with the provisions of section V letter A of the General Standard number 275
issued by your Commission (formerly Superintendency of Securities and Insurance) on January 19,
2010 (the “NCG N* 275”), modified by General Standard N* 355 dated December 2
of 2013, we communicate the following Essential Fact in relation to Crowe Auditores Consultores SpA, Rol
Single Tax N*78.120.780-2, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies under the
number 20, hereinafter “Crowe”.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
The Commission for the Financial Market is informed that, as of July 25, 2022, we will initiate a
transfer of all professionals, in the different service lines, and administrative staff, to a
new address, located at Isidora Goyenechea 2939 office 304, Las Condes, Santiago.
With this modification, we stop using our space located on Avenida Apoquindo N*3669
Office 902 materializing our change of legal address on July 5, 2022 by the
Isidora Goyenechea office 304 Las Condes, Santiago.
The lease of the leased apartment in the building, located at Isidora Goyenechea 2939
office 304, Las Condes, Santiago, will be sent to this Commission through the CMF Sin Papel platform.
