From our consideration:
By means of the present, in accordance with the provisions of General Rule
N? 136 of the Commission for the Financial Market and other applicable rules, and duly
empowered by the company CREDITU ADMINISTRADORA DE MUTUOS HIPOTECARIOS
S.A. (the “Company”), I come to inform, as a relevant fact, the following:

Today, the Company was informed that on December 21, 2022 the
shareholder AVLA S.A. sold, assigned and transferred to the company Creditú Bermuda Holding
Ltd. 5,702,332 shares of the Company, for an amount equivalent to $7,837,739,537.-,
corresponding to all the shares held by him, representative
99.99% of the share capital.
Also, as of today, the Company was informed that on December 21
of 2022 the shareholder Inversiones AVLA Seguros S.A. sold, assigned and transferred to the
AVLA Bermuda Holding Corp Ltd. 1 share of the Company, for an amount
equivalent to $ 1,565.-, which corresponds to all the shares of which it was
holder, representing 0.00002% of the share capital.
As a result of the aforementioned operations, the current shareholders of the Company
are:
