General No. 30 issued by this Commission, duly empowered to do so, hereby
I communicate to you and to the market in general, as a matter of essential fact, the following:
On this same date, Don Fernando Ostornol Navarrete presented his resignation to the
position of director of the Company, which will be effective immediately.
The Society thanks Mr. Ostornol for his invaluable contribution to the Society and the
Credicorp Capital Chile Group during the exercise of his position.
