in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the General Standard
N*30 issued by this Commission, duly authorized to do so, hereby communicate
to you and to the market in general, as an essential fact, the following:
On this same date, Mr. Guido Riquelme Nejasmic presented his resignation from the position of
general manager of the Company, which will be effective immediately.
The Company thanks Mr. Riquelme for his invaluable contribution to the Society and the Group
Credicorp Capital Chile during the exercise of his position.
