In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, and the provisions of the General Standard
N?30 issued by this Commission, duly authorized to do so, hereby communicate
to you and to the market in general, as an essential fact that:
On April 3, 2023, Mr. Galantino Gallo Quiroz submitted his resignation from the position of
director of Credicorp Capital Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos,
hereinafter the “Company”, which became effective as of that same date, to assume
new challenges within the Credicorp Group.
The Society thanks Mr. Gallo for the excellent management and his valuable contribution during the
time he held the position of director.
