At the ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on the same date, the
unanimity of the directors agreed to the appointment of Mr. Klaus Kaempfe Lavarello as
replacement director of Mr. Álvaro Taladriz Mellado, who presented his resignation from the position
of director dated October 27, 2022.
Mr Kaempfe, being present at the sitting, accepted his appointment and went on to
