From our consideration:
In my capacity as Chairman of the Board of Credicorp Capital Asset Management S.A.
General Fund Administrator, hereinafter the “Company”, in accordance with the
provided in Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on Market
of Securities and the provisions of General Standard No. 30 issued by this
Commission, duly empowered to do so, hereby inform you and the market
in general, as an essential fact, that in ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company
held on the same date:
– Don Álvaro Taladriz Mellado presented his resignation from the position of director of the
Partnership, which became effective immediately.
– Mr. Arturo Aldunate Bengolea leaves the position of general manager of the Society,
from this date, to take on other challenges within the Credicorp Capital group
Chile.
– The position of general manager of the Company is assumed on the spot by Mr.
Felipe Sotomayor Morales, which was approved unanimously by the directors
Present.
The Society thanks Mr. Taladriz and Aldunate for the excellent management and contributions during
the time they held their respective positions.
