In general, as an essential fact, the following:
That on June 8, 2022, I have received the resignation of Mr. Matías Braun Llona to
position of director of the Company, which will be effective as of this same date.
The Society thanks Mr. Braun for his excellent management and valuable contribution during the
time he held the position.
The foregoing will be formalized at the next meeting of the Company’s Board of Directors, together with the
designation of a possible replacement for the position.
