From our consideration:
On behalf of Credicorp Capital Asset Management S.A. General Administrator of
Funds (the “Company”), and in accordance with the provisions of article 9% and second paragraph
of Article 10? of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the provisions of the Standard
of General Character N” 30 issued by this Commission, duly authorized to do so, by
I hereby communicate to you and to the market in general, as an essential fact, the
next:
That, at the Company’s Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held today,
dealt with the matters specific to this type of Board and, in particular, the following were adopted:

The Report was approved and the approval of the Balance Sheet was confirmed, the States
Financial, and the report of the corresponding external auditors of the Company
to the financial year ended 31 December 2021.
It was agreed not to distribute dividends at the Meeting in view of the distribution of dividends.
Dividends agreed by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 9 March
2022, in which it was decided to distribute a dividend charged to the year ended
December 31, 2021 for a total amount of $ 3,354,840,716, which corresponded to the
90% of the profits of the aforementioned year, which meant a dividend of
$958,526 per share.
The Company’s dividend policy for 2022 was agreed.
The remuneration of the Board of Directors was agreed for the year 2022 and until the next
Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA was appointed as the auditors
external of the Company for the financial year 2022.
Reported on related party transactions carried out during the
Fiscal year 2021.
7. The electronic newspaper El Líbero was designated as the newspaper in which the
Notices to summons to shareholders’ meetings that may be necessary and others
legal publications of the Society.
The details of the resolutions taken at the meeting are recorded in the respective minutes.
