Ref. Communicate Essential Fact – Management Changes
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article 9? and second paragraph of article 10?
of Law N* 18.045, on the Securities Market and General Rule N* 30 of this
Commission, I come to communicate as an Essential Fact of Brokers SURA
S.A. that at the Board meeting dated March 15, 2023, Mr. Sebastián Rey
Lizzano and Cristóbal Doberti Díaz, presented their resignation from the position of director of the Company,
which will be effective as of April 19, 2023.
As established in the fourth paragraph of Article 32 of Law No. 18,046 on Companies
Anonymously, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint as directors of the company Mr. Carolina
Elizabeth Rossi and Juan Cortés Faine, who will last in their positions until April 28, 2023,
date on which the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be held and a new one will be elected
Directory.
