That at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 15, 2023, the
Mr. Max Pinto Flores as General Manager of Corredores de Bolsa SURA S.A., en
replacement of Don Renzo Vercelli Baladrón.
Will the change of General Manager take effect from day 1? April 2023.
