In my capacity as General Manager of CORREDORES DE BOLSA SURA S.A., in accordance with the provisions
in Article 9 and second paragraph of Article N*10 of Law N”18,045 and the General Rule
N*30 of this Commission, and duly authorized, I hereby communicate to you in the capacity of

Directory. On the other hand, it is agreed that the Independent Directors will receive a subsistence allowance
amounting to $ 850,000 gross per month.
