Ref.: Informs summons to the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the company Coresa
S.A. Containers, Nets and Containers, registered in the Special Registry of Companies
Informants N*0450.
From our consideration:
I hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of Coresa
S.A. Containers, Networks and Containers (hereinafter also “Coresa S.A.”) in session
of the Board of Directors held on March 1, 2023, agreed to summon the General Meeting
Ordinary Shareholders (hereinafter also the “Meeting”), which will take place on the 26th
of April 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at the offices located at Av. Del Valle N*961,
commune of Huechuraba, city of Santiago. The purpose of this meeting shall be to ascertain and
to pronounce on the following matters:
1.- The examination of the situation of the company and the dividend policy.
2.- The renewal of the board of directors of the company and the election of the directors by the
new period, together with the remuneration of the board of directors.
3.- The appointment of external auditors.
4.- To deal with any other matter of competence of the Ordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders.

The shareholders of Coresa S.A. will have the right to participate in the aforementioned Meeting.

the celebration of the Meeting, at the time it begins.
