SUMMONS TO EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS’ MEETING
By resolution of the Board of Directors adopted at the meeting dated March 1, 2023, the following are cited:
shareholders at the Extraordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting of Coresa S.A.
Containers, Nets and Containers, for April 26, 2023, between 12:00 and
13:00 hours, at the offices of the Company located at Avenida del Valle N” 961,
office 1703, Commune of Huechuraba, city of Santiago, in order to know and
to pronounce on the following matters.
1. To rule on the operations referred to in Article 44 of the Law
N2 18.046.
We inform the shareholders that, in compliance with the provisions of the
Article 59 of Law 18,046, may request full copies of the documents that
