The undersigned, duly empowered and in his capacity as General Manager of
the Sociedad Anónima Cerrada, called. CORESA S.A.
CONTAINERS, NETS AND PACKAGING (hereinafter also referred to as
the “Company”), both with address at Avenida del Valle Norte N*961,
office 1703, commune of Huechuraba, Metropolitan Region, Company
registered in the Special Register of Reporting Companies N*0450, RUT
92.723.000-3, I will communicate the following essential information
with respect to the Company, which is carried out by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 9? and 10% second paragraph of Law 18,045.
We inform you that, on November 16, 2022, the
Board of Directors of the Company, which unanimously agreed to summon the Meeting
Extraordinary General Shareholders in order to propose the division
of Coresa S.A. Containers, Nets and Containers.
