Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market
and other regulations in force, I inform you, as an Essential Fact, of the following:

At the Board meeting held on February 23, 2023, it was agreed to hold the second
capital contribution charged to the Capital Increase approved by the Commission for the Market
Financial, dated February 7, 2022, by means of Exempt Resolution N* 1053,
approving the issuance of 1,055 new payment shares, for a total of $400,267,000.
The new capital contribution is equivalent to 26.69% of the agreed payment shares to be issued by
the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on December 29, 2021.
In said Board Session, by the unanimity of the attendees, it was agreed to empower the
General Manager to make the relevant publication that initiates the Option Period
Preferential, all in the terms indicated in Article 25 of Law No. 18,046, on
Corporations and the relevant articles of the Regulations of said Law, sign the
Subscription and payment contracts for relevant shares and perform all others
acts that are necessary to realize the capital increase of the Company in the terms
approved by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.
