signed definitive sale between Asesorías e Inversiones El Alba Limitada, Contempora
Inversiones S.A., Comercial Huechuraba Limitada and Inversiones Nuevo Siglo Limitada, by virtue of
which, the first, sold 11.11% of the shares it held in Contempora Compañía de
Seguros Generales S.A., being distributed the shareholding of this of the following
way:
1. Contempora Inversiones S.A., with 99.99%,
2. Comercial Huechuraba Limitada, with 0.005%,
3. Inversiones Nuevo Siglo Limitada, with 0.005%.
