Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9? and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market
and other regulations in force, I inform you that, on December 7, by means of Official Letter
Ordinary N* 92759, the Commission for the Financial Market considered compliance accredited
of the requirements of section 38 of DFL No. 251 of 1931 (Insurance Act) and of the Standard
of General Character N* 251, by virtue of which the change of share ownership of
Contempora Compañía de Seguros Generales S.A.
In this way, the shareholder Asesorías e Inversiones El Alba Limitada, will dispose of 11.11% of its
shareholding in Contempora Compañía de Seguros Generales S.A., which will remain
distributed as follows:
1. Contempora Inversiones S.A., with 99.99%,
2. Comercial Huechuraba Limitada, with 0.005%,
3. Inversiones Nuevo Siglo Limitada, with 0.005%
The final sale will be reported to that Commission, as instructed in Ordinary Office N*
92759, as soon as possible, once it is signed.
