Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law N? 18.045, on the Stock Market,
Art. 63 of the Law on Corporations, Circular No. 991 of the Commission for the Market
Financial and other regulations in force, I inform you, as an Essential Fact that, dated
June 10 of this year, Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of Contempora Compañía was held
of Seguros Generales S.A., in which the following was agreed:
1) To call an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, which will take place on July 7 of the year
2022, at 9:30 a.m. at Avenida Apoquindo 5.400, 18th floor, Office 1801, Las
Counts.
The matters to be discussed at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will be the following:
1. Creation of the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2. The adoption of such agreements as may be necessary to perfect the amendment of the
Bylaws in the terms proposed above.
2) To appoint as provisional directors Mr. Carlos Bello Pauly, national certificate of
identity N* 7.028.076-0 and José Antonio Errandonea Teran, national identity card N*
15.312.093-5, replacing Messrs. Jesús Diez González and Cristián Silva Bafalluy, who
They submitted their resignation on June 2 of this year.
(3) Mr. Gustavo Ahumada Berthoud presented the resignation to the position of director and it was agreed to appoint
in his replacement as a provisional measure, Mr. Gonzalo Martino Baldwin, national identity card of
identity N* 15.376.222-8.
