Dear Sir or Madam,
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9″ and 10? of Law N? 18.045, on Market
of Securities and other current regulations, I inform you that, on April 7 of the year in
course, we have received authorization, through Exempt Resolution N * 723, from the Comptroller
General of the Republic, dated March 25, 2022, to market policies of
Official loyalty. In the above-mentioned resolution, the standard forms are approved
of civil servant loyalty drivers of fiscal vehicles, POL code 120140398, and of
fidelity official of fiscal values, POL code 120140399.
It should be noted that, by virtue of the provisions of number 22, numeral VI, of article
19, of Supreme Decree N? 19 of 22 January 2001 of the Ministry General Secretariat
Article 73(d) of Decree No. 2.421 of 1964 of the Ministry
of Hacienda, Contempora Compañía de Seguros Generales S.A. was previously authorized
by the Ministry of Finance, by means of Decree No. 208 Exempt, published in the Journal
Official, dated June 18, 2021.
Consequently, we inform that, as of this date, Contempora Compañía de Seguros
Generales S.A., is authorized to market the branch of Civil Service Loyalty
(FECU Code 25) of drivers of fiscal vehicles and fiscal values, under the
General conditions authorized.
