In accordance with the provisions of letter A. of section V of General Standard No. 275
issued by that Commission on January 19, 2010, we communicate the change of the following
information in relation to Contadores Auditores Asociados S.A. RUT: 99.500.470-4 (The Company)
today Contadores Auditores Asociados Limitada, registered in the Register of External Audit Companies
under N* 46.
Modification of shareholders through the sale of 3,600. Mr. Fredy Aguayo Messiah RUT
12.464.836-K to Mr. Cristian Retamal Suazo RUT 8.715.217-0.
Entry of new shareholder to the company through the sale of 4,000. Mr. Fredy Aguayo
Messiah RUT 12.464.836-K to Mr. Javier Castillo Monroy RUT 10.405.122-7.
On December 27, 2022, the shareholders of Consat S.A. approved the transformation of La
Partnership from a corporation to a limited liability company. Being the new reason
social “CONTADORES AUDITORES ASOCIADOS LIMITADA” and new fantasy name
“CONSAT LTDA.”
Regardless of this modification, the RUT, line of business and activity of The Company are maintained. Being only
a social modification.
