2010, in its Section N’ V letter A, referring to Disclosure of Relevant Facts or Information,
Through the present, we inform that in the fiscal year 2022 there are the following facts
essential that were informed by our firm Consultores y Auditores de Empresas Ltda.,
On December 21, 2022, the sale of the social rights of the partners is agreed
gentlemen: Víctor Alejandro Vera Sánchez, Juan José Araya Contreras and Ronny Edison Frederick
Levi, to the continuing partners Mr. Franco Dall’Orso Barría and Francisco Dall’Orso Barría,
The sale of social rights will take place in January 2023.
This agreement modifies the agreement adopted on November 19, 2020 and informed
as an Essential Fact dated November 23, 2020, where it is indicated that it will be carried out
a corporate division.
