In accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 275 dated 19
January 2010, in Section N* V letter A, as amended by the Character Standard
General number 355 dated December 2, 2013, referring to Disclosure of Facts
o Relevant Information, through the present, we inform the following fact
essential of our firm Consultores y Auditores de Empresas Ltda.
On December 21, 2022, the sale of the social rights of
the associate partners: Víctor Alejandro Vera Sánchez, Juan José Araya Contreras and Ronny
Edison Frederick Levi, to the continuing partners Mr. Franco Dall’Orso Barría and
Francisco Dall’Orso Barría, the sale of social rights will take place in the month of
January 2023.
This agreement modifies the agreement adopted on November 19, 2020 and
reported as an Essential Fact dated November 23, 2020, where it is indicated
that a corporate division will be carried out.
