From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045, on the Securities Market
and in General Standard No. 30 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market,
We inform as Essential Fact of Consorcio Financiero S.A., the following:
1. As recorded in the Minutes of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the Insurance Company
Generales Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S.A., held on September 09, 2022,
which was reduced to a public deed dated September 22, 2022 before the Notary Public
of Santiago Mr. Luis Eduardo Rodriguez Burr (the “Board”), the shareholders of the company
agreed to increase the share capital from $13,548,583,673 divided into 2,057,938,798
shares, all registered and without par value, fully issued and paid, to the sum of
$23,548,583,678 divided into 2,724,605,465 shares, all of them registered of the same and
single series and no nominal value.
2. In the minutes of the Meeting, it was recorded that this capital increase, equivalent to the sum
of $10,000,000,005.- will be paid through the issuance and placement of 666,666,667 shares of
Payment, nominative and without nominal value, which must be fully subscribed and paid
within three years from the holding of the Meeting.
3. On November 24, 2022, if you started the preferred subscription option period of
shares for a period of 30 days from that date, which was notified to shareholders
by notice published in the newspaper El Líbero.
4. Given the above, we inform that, with this date, exercising your right of preferential option,
on the same date, Consorcio Financiero S.A. subscribed and paid the sum of $9,999,999,165,

equivalent to 666,666,611 shares, equivalent to its entire proportion of shares
correspond to it in the capital increase agreed at the Meeting, equivalent to 99.999992%.
