That at the regular meeting held today, the Board of Directors learned that
on November 2, Mr. Pedro Felipe Iñiguez Ducci will leave his position as Prosecutor
Corporate of Consorcio Financiero S.A. to dedicate himself to other professional projects, and that in
his replacement will be assumed by Mr. Alvaro Larraín Prieto, current Legal and Compliance Manager of
Banco Consorcio, who has an outstanding career of 16 years in the Group.
The Board of Directors thanked Mr. Iñiguez for his professionalism, dedication and commitment during
all the years he served as a Prosecutor for Insurance Companies and then as a Prosecutor
Corporate of the Group, and agreed to appoint Mr. Larraín as secretary of the board of directors from
