In accordance with the provisions of article 9″ and paragraph 2″ of article 10? of Law N218.045
on the Securities Market, duly authorized, I inform as an essential fact of Consorcio
Financiero S.A. (“Company”) which, at an ordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held with the Company,
Date, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend
charged to the profits of this year for the total amount of $ 70,000,000,072 (seventy thousand
million seventy-two pesos), equivalent to $485.818814 pesos per share, to be paid in
cash.
The payment of this provisional dividend will be made as of September 8, 2022 to
shareholders who are registered in the Register of Shareholders at midnight of the fifth
business day prior to the aforementioned date of payment and will be available at the offices located in
Avenida El Bosque 180, 1st floor, Las Condes, Santiago.
