The following are essential:
On April 25, 2023, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Consorcio Corredores was held.
of Bolsa S.A., with the assistance of all the issued shares with voting rights. The
resolutions adopted by the Board were as follows:

The management of the year 2022 was taken note of and the Balance Unanimously approved
General, the Financial Statements, their Notes and the Report of Consorcio Corredores de Bolsa
of the year 2022.
It was decided to make a dividend distribution for a total of $ $ 5,403,538,735.-, which
represents $334.92 per share.
Approve the dividend distribution policy for the year 2023, corresponding to 30% of
the net profits of the year.

Pricewaterhousecoopers was appointed as external audit firm for 2023
Consultores Auditores SpA.
Essential facts, communications with the CPM and transactions were reported
with related parties carried out during the year 2022.
The shareholders approved that the monthly remuneration of the Directors for this year 2023
is maintained in the equivalent amount in pesos of 19 gross Development Units for the
