In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of the Securities Market Law, the
General Character N*435 and Circular Letter N*1141, I inform your Commission as Facts
The following are essential:
1,
PARENT HOUSE
On April 26, 2022, Mrs. Marcela Cerón C., President of Consorcio Corredores de
Bolsa S.A., presented its resignation to the Board of Directors of the company, which became effective as of
that same day.
On the same date, the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Consorcio Corredores de
Bolsa S.A., with the assistance of all issued shares with voting rights. The
resolutions adopted by the Board were as follows:
a) The management of the year 2021 was taken note of and the Balance Sheet was unanimously approved
General, the Financial Statements, their Notes and the Report of Consorcio Corredores de Bolsa
S.A. of the year 2021,
b) It was decided to make a distribution of dividends in the amount of Ch$2,776,551,542, which
represents $172.0973 per share.
c) Approve the dividend distribution policy for the year 2022, corresponding to 30% of the
net profit for the year,
(d) The Report of the External Auditors was noted and approved without comments.
e) PriceWaterHousecoopers was appointed as external audit firm for the financial year 2022
Consultores Auditores SpA.
f) Essential Facts, communications with the CPM and transactions were reported
with related parties made during the year 2021.

9) The following persons were elected as members of the Board of Directors for the period 2022 – 2025:
– Andrea Godoy Fierro;
– Gonzalo Ferrer Aladro;
– Fernando Agúero Aguirre;
– Gonzalo Gotelli Marambio; and
– Raimundo Tagle Swett;
h)_ The remuneration of the board of directors for the year 2022 was defined.
1) The report of the Audit Committee for the year 2021 was taken into account.
j) Finally, the newspaper “El Libero” was designated to carry out the social publications.

3. At the extraordinary meeting of the Board of Directors held on the same date, it was agreed to designate
President of the Board of Directors Mrs. Andrea Godoy Fierro.
