The Company made a bond placement in the local market, dematerialized and bearer bonds,
registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under number 12/2022.
The conditions of the aforementioned placement are: Sub-Series ED Bonds, Mnemonic BCNOEDO322, for
a total amount of UF 280,000 (two hundred and eighty thousand Development Units), dated
maturity on March 17, 2044, at an average placement rate of UF+3.38%.
