According to the provisions of article 9? and 10? of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market and
the provisions of letter A.a) of Section Il of General Standard N* 486 and in numeral
5.1.7 of Section IV of General Standard N*30, we inform you that with this
Date the following bond placements were made in the local market, dematerialized and at the
carrier:
1) Placement of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under the number
12/2022; DX Sub-Series Bonds, Mnemonic BCNODX1022, for a total amount of UF 300,000
(three hundred thousand Development Units), with an expiration date of October 5,
2028, at an average placement rate of UF + 3.53%.
2) Placement of bonds registered in the Securities Registry of that Commission under the number
12/2022; Sub-Series EB Bonds, Mnemonic BCNOEB0422, for a total amount of UF 200,000
(two hundred thousand Development Units), with an expiration date of April 20, 2035,
at an average placement rate of UF + 3.41%.
